My Work

As an emerging glass artist, i am interested in blending modern technologies with traditional stained glass techniques. My work aims to create unique autonomous panels that enhance traditional stained glass craft and artistry through the use of sensors, machine learning and dynamic lightscapes.

I like to work with layers of glass and apply a variety of fusing, glass painting and etching techniques to give the work depth and character. As a biomedical engineer and clinical scientist, I am interested in how technology can enhance human experiences.  I feel that this is especially relevant and exciting in the glass art world, which is itself deeply linked with technological innovation.
